Area Preparation: Surface must be dry. Remove all loose, peeling paint, dirt, grease and any other surface contaminants. Putty all holes and caulk all open seams. Sand all glossy, rough and patched surfaces.
Application: Stir thoroughly and apply with a high-quality brush, roller or paint pad or by spray equipment. When using more than one container of the same color, intermix to ensure color uniformity. No thinning is usually required. If needed, add up to ¼ pint (118 milliliters) of water per gallon (3.78 liters).
Application Temperature: Apply primer only when air, product and surface temperatures are between 50°F (10°C) and 90°F (32°C).
Drying Time: Normally dries in one hour at 77°F (25°C).
Cleanup: Clean tools and hands with warm, soapy water.
