CLEAN YOUR WOOD BEFORE STAINING
Learn how to properly clean and prepare your wood for a new coat of stain.
Where to Use
Recommended for use on horizontal and vertical concrete and wood surfaces:
- Structurally sound old, gray weathered wood (decks, stairs, docks, posts and railings and more)
- New wood when a non-slip, textured surface is desired
- Aged rough, broom-swept concrete (sidewalks and patios)
- New concrete surfaces cured for 30 days
- Retaining walls
RESCUE IT! Resurfacer is not recommended for whole-house vertical surfaces such as stucco or wood siding.
Details & Warranty
COVERAGE: Approximately 50 sq. ft. in 2 coats (4.6 sq. meters) per U.S. gallon (3.78 Liters). Coverage figures do not include loss due to surface irregularities and porosity or material loss due to application method or mixing.
DRYING TIME: Allow 6 hours for FIRST coat to dry before applying the SECOND coat. Allow the final coat to dry 12 hours before foot traffic and 48 hours before replacing furniture or heavy objects.
Drying times listed may vary depending on temperature, humidity, film build, color and air movement.
CLEANUP: Clean brushes and tools with warm soapy water.
DISPOSAL: Contact your local environmental regulatory agency for guidance on disposal of unused product. Do not pour down a drain or storm sewer.
FLASH POINT: Over 200°F (93°C)
